As you will have already seen, many of the services offered by asdetour are free and some are charged. Where there is a charge for the service, we aim to make our fees structure as clear and fair as possible. This means:

We charge at rates recommended by the Bar Society of Madrid (Colegio de Abogados de Madrid). These fees will be reduced by 30% for subscribers.

In many cases, we will charge only a percentage of the monetary compensation received. This means that your risk in claiming is limited to any additional costs, such as a notary or procurator. If we don't win, we will charge nothing. If in doubt, please contact us without obligation.

We will tell you what our fees are likely to be before acting.

Where there are incidental expenses, such as the use of a translator or a medical opinion, we will inform you of the likely cost before contracting any services. We will make reasonable efforts to keep these expenses to a minimum.

If we believe you may be entitled to Spanish legal aid, we will let you know and advise you on how to claim it.
